Hi darling,
I'm Eva

I'm a mum of two, a personal trainer, yoga teacher and IIN health coach based in Abu Dhabi. I know firsthand what it feels like to want your body back after having children — and I know exactly how to get you there.

I started specialising in postnatal recovery because I lived it. The right approach changed everything for me, and helping other women experience that same shift became my passion and my work.

An 8-week postnatal intensive designed to restore your core from the inside out — rebuilding strength, connection, and confidence after pregnancy.

Eva's personal recommendation

For the best outcome over 6–9 months, I recommend starting with 1–2 months of Personal Training Premium to get your nutrition foundations properly in place — then moving to Personal Training Standard from month 2 or 3. You get the full transformation at a lower ongoing cost.

We train at your gym or one near you in Al Muneera — I come to you. If you're not sure which gym works best, we'll sort that out in our free consultation.
Every session is a full 60 minutes — proper warm-up, the main workout, and a real cool-down. Not a rushed 45 minutes that leaves you feeling half-done.
The assessment class is your very first session with me. Instead of jumping straight into training, we take time to understand your body properly — your posture, movement patterns, strength, mobility and any areas that need special attention. This means every session after is built on a solid, accurate foundation just for you.
Not at all, darling. I work with women at every level — complete beginners, those returning after a long break, and everything in between. We start exactly where you are.
It really depends on your birth and recovery. Generally, gentle movement can begin around 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance. My deep core programmes are designed to progress safely from that point — always with your body's timeline, never against it.
In the Premium package, nutrition is fully part of the programme — not a generic PDF. We look at your habits, energy, lifestyle and goals, and build something practical that works in real life. I track your progress and we adjust as we go.
Most clients feel stronger and more energised within the first few weeks. Visible changes usually start around 6–8 weeks in. Real, lasting transformation happens over 6–9 months — which is exactly why my programmes are built around that timeframe.
Life happens — especially with kids! Just give me as much notice as you can and I'll do my best to find another time that works for you. We always sort it out.
