I'm Eva — a certified personal trainer, health coach, and yoga teacher, as well as a mum of two. I help women feel strong, confident, and truly at home in their bodies again. Alongside that, I co-founded GoBarefoot.ae — a brand born from the same passion for movement and wellbeing.

My Story
I'm a mum of two, a personal trainer, yoga teacher and IIN health coach based in Abu Dhabi. I know firsthand what it feels like to want your body back after having children — and I know exactly how to get you there.
I started specialising in postnatal recovery because I lived it. The right approach changed everything for me, and helping other women experience that same shift became my passion and my work.
Whether you're a new mum healing after birth, or a woman in her 40s navigating the changes that come with perimenopause — I build every programme around you. Your body. Your goals. Your life.

Eva's personal recommendation
For the best outcome over 6–9 months, I recommend starting with 1–2 months of Personal Training Premium to get your nutrition foundations properly in place — then moving to Personal Training Standard from month 2 or 3. You get the full transformation at a lower ongoing cost.
